Can I enter my storage unit anytime?

You can access your storage unit from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.

How do I reserve a storage unit in Spokane?

How do I pay for storage?

Our tenants pay their rent easily each month online via eCheck or CC/Debit. Tenants can also set up auto-payments.

Do I have to sign a lease?

We offer month-to-month agreements, or longer term if needed.

What documents do I need to rent storage?

To rent storage, you will need to provide a copy of a valid state ID or driver license, your social security number, and a valid mailing address for your application to be processed.

Do you offer packing and moving supplies?

In order to keep our monthly storage rates as low as possible, we do not currently offer packing and moving supplies or services.

How do I access my storage unit?

To access your storage unit, you can enter the property from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily through our secured gate. You will need to provide your own lock to secure your storage unit.

Do you provide moving equipment to move in or out of the storage?

In order to keep our monthly storage rates as low as possible, we do not currently offer this service.

Can I designate other people to have access to my storage unit?

Yes. Anyone with permission to access the storage unit will need to present a valid state ID and SSN.

Are there items prohibited in storage units?

Any hazardous materials, chemicals, or fertilizers. For a complete list of banned items, please contact our office at (509) 816-6160 or email us at marketing@irellcgroup.com.

Do I need to have insurance?

Renters or homeowners insurance is strongly recommended. The storage facility insurance will not cover your personal items stored in the unit. If a tenant elects to not purchase renters or homeowners insurance that covers their personal items stored in the unit, they will be considered "self-insured".

Do you have pest control?

Pest control is regularly scheduled.

If I lose my key or forget the access code, who can help me?

In the event that you cannot access the security gate, please call the office at (509) 816-6160 or email us at marketing@irellcgroup.com. Please note that non-emergency calls or emails submitted outside of Monday-Friday from 9am-4:30pm may not be received and/or returned until the next business day.

How much notice do I need to give before moving out of storage?

If you are a current tenant, please refer to your signed storage agreement for the notice required. If you are a new or prospective tenant, there is a one-month minimum storage requirement and notice must be provided at least seven days prior to the end of the month by submitting a notice of intent to vacate through your online portal. In all cases, no prorated refunds are given.
